Replacing Paper with Greener Option

With single-use plastic falling out of favour, there is a sudden rush towards paper. However, paper is not a scalable long-term solution as it promotes deforestation. In response, Ahmedabad based startup, Ecostic Private Limited, has come up with a polymer based 100 % recyclable alternative to paper. Currently they are providing wallpapers to the market.

This polymer is more foldable, recyclable and usable in a variety of applications. This polymer is compounded with 55% naturally occurring minerals. Apart from wallpapers, now ot+++her avenues are being explored, where papers can be replaced.
